Viroids
You and your ship have been shrunk down to the size of a medical nano-bot in order to break apart viruses and clear infections for as long as you can.
Power-ups appear in the form of red pills, that can improve the destructive power of your bot, or blue spheres that can recharge your shields.
An online leaderboard table allows you to compete against your friends and the rest of the world for the top spot.
Play with mouse and keyboard, or using a game controller.

Your game is fun, and visually cool.
Thanks @vento, it was fun to write. The real star is Carodan who did all the artwork. I just know how to code and ship software.
The artwork is amazing, except purple would have been better than green as the theme color. I'm partial to purple. :)
Thanks. That's all down to Dan (https://sketchfab.com/carodan). He's an amazing artist. So much so that for our Robots and Zombies game jam entry people downvoted us because they thought we'd just dropped in some asset store assets when in fact almost all of the artwork was done by Dan!
This is a very nice implementation of the classic. I have always been fascinated by the game principle and still am today.
Being able to go backwards and the ship does not drift, it comes to a stop quickly, so that changes that dynamic too. Still fun.
